What we store
Your email address and the technical details needed to keep you signed in.
The cards in your collection, along with anything you add yourself: condition, what you paid, storage location, and notes.
Photos you take for identification and grade estimates, for as long as your account exists.
Support messages and feedback you send us, and technical logs needed to run the service securely.
Why we store it
To show you your collection and its value, to identify cards, and to estimate grades.
To keep your account secure and to answer your questions when something goes wrong.
We use your photos to improve our models only if you explicitly agree to that in your privacy settings. That choice is off by default and you can change it whenever you want.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. In the app you can do all three yourself under Settings and then Privacy.
Deleting your account removes your collection, your photos, and your profile. Backups roll off within thirty days.
You can also email support@grailpilot.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Who else touches your data
Supabase hosts our database, sign-in, and file storage inside the European Union.
Vercel hosts the website and the web app.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
