In the app
Open Account, then Privacy, then Delete account. Confirm with your password and it is done.
Export your collection first if you want to keep a copy. The export gives you a CSV of every card, with condition and what you paid.
By email
Mail support@grailpilot.com from the address on your account with "Delete my account" in the subject. We confirm it is really you and complete the deletion within thirty days.
What gets removed
Your collection, your photos, your watchlist, your settings, and your profile.
Backups still hold a copy for up to thirty days, after which they roll off automatically.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of payments if you ever made one.
